This is a stamp from Magnolia

The layout is from a sketch on a weekly challenge.

I cut the perfect circle with my Martha Stewart circle cutter. I used a Fiskars scallop punch to put the edge on both sides of the blue paper that goes across the center. The little heart buttons were glued to round punched paper and then edged with Stickles. I also used Stickles to go around the scallops on the main image. I added a Prima flower to balance it out.
