Here's one of my favorite stamp companies.  I LOVE these whimsical figures with the wide smiling mouths.  This particular stamp if perfect for many occasions, as you can stamp a greeting inside the heart.  It is from Stamp N Plus Scrap Nhttp://www.stampaffair.com/main.htm

I also used a Martha Stewart border punch, Cuttlebug embossing folder, and a Spellbinders fancy tag die to do this card.  The dotted ribbon is from Michaels and they have lots of colors.
