One of the design teams I am on had its second challenge and this time we had to use the wonderful powdered chalk from Stamp'N Plus Scrap'N. I used it to make the background on this card, to do the hat, and I also sponged it over the mesh. The image is from the Patti's Kids line (one of my faves). You can find it here:
