Penny Black has brought back this image and added it to their Slapstick line. It just cries out "elegant" to me. I bought a new package of papers at Hobby Lobby from the Paper Studio that have gorgeous foiled papers and they were perfect for this card. After stamping and coloring the image, I cut it out with a Spellbinders Nestability die. Before I removed it from the die, I sponged the image with some Colorbox Chalk Ink. Then I added a bit of "bling" to each of the scallops. Hint: check out your local dollar stores for teeny tiny "gems" at a great price. That is where I found the ones I used. They were actually in a kit for a cell phone cover! I bought up several because they were so inexpensive and they have come in handy.
