Mini Album for Valentine's Day/Allsorts Challenge

Well, some of my friends just called and they are having a BLAST at the rubber stamp convention in Mesquite, Texas this weekend.  I am happy for them and wish I was there, except I had to choose between the convention and my grandson's birthday so there really was no choice.  He's my little man!  They called because they forgot what stamps they were supposed to get me from the DeNami booth.  Very good friends, and thank goodness for cell phones.

Well, I spent the last two days deeply engrossed in my wonderful new Penny Black stamps.  They are from the new Amour catalog and are soooooo awesome.  I decided to pull out my Sizzix mini-album die and make a special Valentine for someone.
I used some beautiful papers from K and Company to cover the die cut chipboard that I used for the album.  The flower under the button on the front cover is one I made out of  fimo clay and it is layered on a heart punched out with a Martha Stewart punch.

I used another Martha Stewart punch for he heart border.  The images were cut out with various Spellbinders dies.

I used a Spellbinders fancy label die and some rhinestones to highlight the sentiment.

It was so much fun using all these sweet stamps to do this album.
You can find them all  here in the new Amour Catalog.

Now all I need to do is get this in the mail!
I am going to enter this into the Penny Black Allsorts Challenge first.
